1 killed, 1 injured in McKenzie County crash
WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the driver who died in a head-on collision between two pickup trucks in McKenzie County.
Thirty-year-old Bryan Ray Walker, of Alexander, was killed and the driver of the other pickup was injured in the crash on a road west of Mandaree Thursday morning.
The patrol says the driver who survived was rounding a curve, slid on an icy patch and into the opposite lane where the two vehicles collided. A passenger in the truck of the surviving driver was not injured.
