Mark Alan Ptaschinski was born June 10, 1957, in Beaver Dam, to Roger and Gloria (Neuendorf) Ptaschinski. After attending school in Beaver Dam, he worked for Ptaschinski Construction for many years before working for Sharkey Cleaning Service for the past four or five years. Mark was fun-loving, had a quick wit and loved to tell jokes and pull pranks. He also loved fireworks and enjoyed his vegetable garden. Mark enjoyed going places with his life partner Rita — flea markets, gambling, the State Fair, anywhere really; he just wanted to be on the go. In the winter, Mark enjoyed snowmobiling.

Mark was loved by all who knew him. Survivors include his life partner, Rita Noon of Beaver Dam; his mother, Gloria Ptaschinski of Beaver Dam; four sisters, Pam (Terry) Harks of Sullivan, Debbie (Pat) Noonan of Beaver Dam, Ann Ptaschinski (Bill Bornick) of Beaver Dam and Amy (Mike) Grom of Bath, Pennsylvania; Rita’s siblings, Bill (Nan) Noon of Raleigh, North Carolina, Barb (Tony) Christensen of Lisman, Alabama, Mary (Craig) LaFleur of Lake Mills, Nancy (Denny) Subera of La Crosse, Peggy (Gary) Schulze of Onalaska, Patrick Noon of Golden, Colorado, James (Carol) Noon of Juneau, Carol Cooper of Cary, North Carolina and Jane Noon of La Crosse; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
