GRAND FORKS, N.D. _ Forecasters say blizzard-like conditions are creating hazardous travel conditions in the Red River Valley, especially in areas with open fields. The National Weather Service in Grand Forks says falling and blowing snow with gusts of 40 mph have some sheriff’s deputies reporting near zero visibility. RAPID CITY, S.D. _ A federal lawsuit filed by a transgender man who worked for a state agency is set to be dismissed after the man unexpectedly died. The American Civil Liberties Union says it can’t move forward without a plaintiff. Terri Bruce had sued over the state’s health care insurance policy, which denies coverage for procedures or drugs related to gender transformations. UPCOMING: 250 words.
