SEXUAL MISCONDUCT-LEGISLATURES-MONTANA

HELENA, Mont. _ An outside investigation into claims that one Montana legislator sexually harassed another concluded the lawmaker sent unwelcome text messages and recommended that legislative leaders take action before it happens again. The Legislature’s Legal Services Office released a copy of the March 2018 investigative report by Great Falls attorney Jean Faure on Thursday in response to a public-records request by The Associated Press. BLACKFEET RESERVATION-HUMAN REMAINS _ Federal agents say human remains found on the Blackfeet Indian reservation in Montana appear to be of historical origin. Friday’s announcement by FBI spokeswoman Sandra Yi Barker ends speculation that the remains could have been those of Ashley HeavyRunner Loring.

BILLINGS HOSPITALS-CAPACITY _ Officials say hospitals in Billings are seeing an unusually high number of patients. The Billings Gazette reports the Billings Clinic is at more than 110 percent capacity, resulting in officials setting up patient beds in a conference room and hallways in the emergency department to handle the overflow.
