Clinton West apartments give new luxurious life in Ohio City: Apartment of the week

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Just around the corner from the popular Ohio City and Hingetown neighborhoods is Clinton West Luxury Apartments.

The property used to belong to Storer Meat Co., which purchased the property in the late 1960s and used it for manufacturing its products. Then, four decades later, the land was sold to Geis Companies, a construction company.

Geis demolished the factory that was once on the plot of land, and built up an upscale apartment community.

The new apartments, opened last year, are a 10-minute walk away from West 25th St. bars and eateries, and a five-minute walk from art galleries and coffee roasters. Located near the Shoreway, Clinton West is just a few minutes’ drive to downtown Cleveland.

Clinton West houses studio, one and two-bedroom units inside. Floor plans range in size from 508 sq. ft. to the spacious 1,809 sq. ft.

The inside of units include in-suite washers and driers, stainless steel appliances and a balcony. Tenants can make use of the building’s dry-cleaning service and fitness center. A community room is available for meetings.

Clinton West is pet-friendly, and has a dog wash station inside the building.

Units range in price from $1,275 to $3,500 a month. See the full listing here.
