RENO, Nev. _ Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve and others plan to unveil the contents of an 1872 time capsule discovered in the cornerstone of what was until recently the oldest standing commercial building in the city. LAS VEGAS _ A woman accused in the killing of a California psychiatrist in Las Vegas is due in court. Diana Nicole Pena is accused with former model Kelsey Nichole Turner and a man who is still being sought of killing 71-year-old Dr. Thomas Kirk Burchard, stuffing his body in the trunk of Turner’s car and abandoning it in the desert last month. A proposed NCAA rule change could make football and basketball coaches less likely add graduate transfers to their teams.
