The Latest: I-80 traffic moving again after Wyoming crash

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — The Latest on a crash on Interstate 80 in western Wyoming (all times local):

5:15 p.m.

Traffic is moving on Interstate 80 in western Wyoming again after a crash involving seven tractor trailers and two other vehicles.

The pileup Wednesday morning closed I-80 at Evanston.

The eastbound lanes reopened but the westbound lanes remained closed for several more hours Wednesday afternoon.

Fox 13 News reports four people were taken to Evanston Regional Hospital with minor injuries.

3:13 p.m.:

A crash involving seven tractor trailers and two other vehicles in snowy weather is snarling traffic in western Wyoming and northern Utah.

The pileup Wednesday morning closed Interstate 80 at Evanston.

The eastbound lanes reopened but the Wyoming Department of Transportation expected westbound lanes to remain closed for several more hours Wednesday afternoon.

Fox 13 News reports four people were taken to Evanston Regional Hospital with minor injuries.
