Police officers surround home in domestic violence call
PHOENIX (AP) — Numerous phoenix police have a home surrounded in what is described by a Police Department spokeswoman as a domestic violence call.
Detective Marianne Ramirez says the Wednesday morning incident is ongoing.
At least 20 police units are parked in the immediate vicinity and at least one officer was seen pointing a rifle at the open front door of the residence.
It’s not immediately known whether anybody has been injured and no additional information is immediately available.
The location is in a neighborhood near North 19th Avenue and West Hatcher Road.
