New members inducted into BPW
SCOTTSBLUFF - The Panhandle Business and Professional Woman inducted six new members to its organization on Wednesday, July 11.
The new members were Amy Smith, mortgage loan officer at First State Bank; Jamie Meisner, owner, The Mixing Bowl; Jessica Lecher, operations coordinator, Panhandle Partnership; Tara Lovesee, realtor, Champion Realty; Kim Engel, director, Panhandle Public Health District; and Nickole Sheldon, assistant branch manager and loan officer, First State Bank. The new members all expressed a desire to be more involved in the community and the organization’s mission.
Engel joins several of her PPHD coworkers in BPW.
“I was encouraged by my fellow staff to join,” Engel said. “And I love the mission of women helping women.”
Panhandle Business and Professional Woman is part of a national foundation advocating for gender equality in the workplace and supporting the development of female professionals.
