MINNEAPOLIS — Senior citizens across Minnesota are wrestling with the headache of choosing a new Medicare health plan in coming months. An estimated 320,000 Minnesotans who have Medicare Cost health plans have to switch because a federal law is eliminating the coverage next year in most of the state. UPCOMING: 300-400 words by noon.
