Several Ways to Check Out Academy of Notre Dame

TYNGSBORO -- This fall, the Academy of Notre Dame will host a series of events for prospective students and their families to experience the uniqueness of the campus, mission and programs that represent the fabric of the academy.

Following are some of the opportunities to visit the academy this fall.

Walk-In Wednesdays

An informal information session for parents to meet with admission personnel and the principals.

Dates are Wednesdays, Oct. 10, Nov. 14, and Dec. 5, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Shadow Days

An opportunity for students to become a Lancer for a day and attend classes as if they were already a student.

Dates for girls entering grades 9-12 are Mondays, Nov. 5, Nov. 19, Dec. 3 and Dec. 17.

Date for boys and girls entering pre-kindergarten through grade 8 are Tuesdays and Thursdays, as available.

Open House

A larger event at which student tour guides lead families of prospective students entering grades pre-kindergarten through grade 12 throughout the school, showing them points of interest, introducing them to faculty and familiarizing them with auxiliary services. The next Open House is Sunday, Oct. 14, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
