DEL MAR, Calif. (AP) _ Daring General held off Tillie's Victor by a neck to win Wednesday's $135,000 Graduation Stakes at Del Mar.

Ridden by Corey Nakatani, Daring General covered six furlongs in 1:11 3-5 and paid $3.20, $2.60 and $2.40. Nakatani rode four winners Wednesday.

Tillie's Victor returned $7.20 and $5, while Reno Hightower, who was another 5 1/2 lengths back in third, paid $4.60 to show.

The victory, Daring General's second in as many starts, was worth $81,360 and increased his career earnings to $104,760.
