Price, Gillman tie for first place: MALC wins Mohave Jamboree
BULLHEAD CITY — The Mohave Accelerated Learning Center Patriots won the Mohave High School Jamboree, and Patriots juniors Trevor Price and Dakota Gillman tied for first place after competing for nine holes to earn the individual title at the Laughlin Ranch Golf Course on Thursday afternoon.
MALC shot 26-over par to earn the team title and Price and Gillman fired even-par to top all golfers from four high schools.
The Lee Williams Volunteers and the Kingman Bulldogs fired 61-over to finish tied for second, and the Mohave T-birds shot 125-over to place fourth.
Lee Williams’ Cole Finch came in third at 5-over, MALC’s Zach Neal placed fourth at 8-over and Mohave’s Alex Cotter and MALC’s David Huddleston came in tied for ninth at 17-over.
