Nov. 14

Officer was dispatched to the Cavalry Lutheran Church (17 East 27th St.) in regard to a suspicious circumstance. Further details were not included in the media report.

9:07 a.m. — An officer investigated a child abuse/neglect intake.

9:13 a.m. — An officer investigated a child abuse/neglect intake.

Nov. 15

9:16 a.m. — An officer was contacted via cell phone in regards to a vandalism that occurred in the 1100 block of East 15th Street.

1:36 p.m. — An officer investigated a child abuse/neglect intake.

1:42 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of theft by shoplifting at Target. Cetan Herrera, 27, was cited on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

8:03 p.m. — Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of 10th Avenue in response to approximately 10 people fighting. During the investigation, Michael Flood, 40, was detained and put in a patrol car. A

suspected methamphetamine pipe was allegedly found on his person and Flood was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and a narcotic violation.

Nov. 16

1 a.m. — In the 1500 block of E. 20th Street, officers were on routine patrol and contacted four individuals behind Murdoch’s. Ronnie E. Judd, 59, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

Nov. 16

1:57 a.m. — Officers on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a non-functioning brake light. A passenger in the vehicle was identified As David Edward Lopez, 26, and was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

1:57 p.m. — An officer was dispatched to the area of East Overland and Third Ave in reference to a male lying on the sidewalk. Upon arrival

Mario Plenty Arrows, 47, was cited for Open Container.

3:17 p.m. — While on patrol on South Beltline West, an officer observed a vehicle with a defective passenger side tail light and pulled the vehicle over in the parking lot of 709 Ave. B. Victoria Canseco, 29, was cited on charges of driving under suspension and no proof of insurance.

3:17 p.m. — Officers were dispatched to 1300 block Bryant Avenue regarding a report of vandalism.

9:42 p.m. — In the 1900 block of First Avenue, an officer allegedly witnessed a driver operating a driving recklessly and stopped the vehicle. A passenger was identified as David Hoover, 47, and arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

11:14 p.m. — At approximately 11:16 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 800 block of 27th Street parking lot in reference to a fight. After investigation, a juvenile was cited on a charge of minor in possession.

11:36 p.m. — An officer investigated a report of domestic violence in the 1400 block of Second Avenue. Following the investigation, Jose Pena, 62, was arrested on a charge of third degree assault.

Nov. 17

2:23 a.m. — An officer responded to a call of loud music and yelling in the 700 block of East 19th Street. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with Kelsey Thompson, 21, who was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

11:01 p.m. — Officers were notified of a possible protection order violation in the 100 block of Arlene Lane. No arrests have been made.
