NYPD: 1 killed, 3 hurt in shooting
NEW YORK (AP) — Police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead and three others injured.
The New York Police Department says officers responding to a report of an assault on Saturday evening at Kings Highway and East 53rd Street in Brooklyn found a man with gunshot wounds to his leg and chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene. No identification has been released.
Three other men were found in the vicinity with injuries. A 26-year-old man had a gunshot wound to the chest; a 34-year-old man had a wound to his buttocks, and a 25-year-old man had been grazed in the chest. All were hospitalized and expected to survive.
No arrests have been made.
