Police seeking suspect in Link’s shooting

October 3, 2018

Gabriel A. Hicks, the man accused of shooting two brothers at Link’s Wonderland Sept. 21 during breakfast, was charged with two counts of attempted murder today.

A warrant for Hicks’ arrest was issued.

His victims, Frank Paige Sr., 28, and Michael Paige Jr., 35, were taken to a hospital in critical condition shortly after Hicks gunned them down as they fled the restaurant, according to court documents.

Hicks, 29, of the 1200 block of Elm Street, sent threatening SnapChat posts to the family after he allegedly mistreated their sister, with whom he had a relationship, the documents state.
