Chairman Agee Elected President
BOISE, Idaho (AP) _ Morrison Knudsen Corp., the construction and engineering giant, said its chairman and chief executive, William Agee, had been elected to the additional post of president.
Agee succeeds Frank Adams, who died May 27 in an airplane crash.
The action was taken by the Morrison Knudsen board at its quarterly meeting on Thursday.
The board also elected Irene Carswell Peden, a University of Washington engineering professor, and Gerard R. Roche, chairman of the executive search firm Heidrick and Struggles Inc., to the board of directors.
The election brings the number of directors to 11.
