Mayor’s race should focus on crime -- Thomas Stalowsk
I find it extremely alarming that neither candidate for Madison mayor has made crime a major part of their agenda.
Under Mayor Paul Soglin’s tenure, shootings, car jackings, muggings, robberies and violent assaults seem to have become a daily occurrence. His relationship with the Madison Police Department is adversarial at best.
I was hoping his opponent would offer a plan, but so far we hear nothing but silence.
