Roseburg High boys soccer to hold camp

Roseburg High boys soccer will hold a skills and conditioning camp, for players in grades 9-12, beginning on Monday at Fir Grove Field.

The camp runs through Thursday. Each session will run from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Cost is $75.

The camp will focus on individual technical training, group technical and tactical training, and fitness, strength and flexibility training for conditioning and injury prevention.

Players are asked to bring soccer shoes and shin guards, a ball, water bottle and sunscreen. RHS head coach Jim Giraudo, and assistants Eddie Garza and Cam Lawler will instruct the camp.
