The community meeting will be open to general questions and comments related to the plan, while the commission meetings will focus on questions and comments related to the primary functions of the three commissions, according to a news release.
The plan includes strategies to improve the quality of life for residents with a focus on identifying specific projects for the Annie Glidden North neighborhood, including improving area transportation and infrastructure and adding security cameras and lighting for crime-prevention purposes. The AGN Task Force, appointed by Mayor Jerry Smith, has issued its final approval of the plan, which will be brought to a City Council meeting for adoption by ordinance after the public comment period ends.
