UNL police recover stolen SUV used by Husker volleyball coach John Cook
A Lexus SUV used by Husker volleyball coach John Cook was stolen but has been recovered by University of Nebraska-Lincoln police.
A 38-year-old Lincoln man was arrested in connection with the theft, said Hassan Ramzah, assistant university police chief.
Ramzah said the SUV was taken sometime between July 28 and July 30 from the Devaney Sports Center. It was reported stolen Monday morning and recovered later that day in Lincoln, he said.
It is a university-leased vehicle that Cook uses as part of his coaching contract with the Nebraska athletic department, according to the department.
