Enhanced Capital’s Ohio Rural Business Growth Fund Closes Financing with MCS Manufacturing

November 15, 2018

CINCINNATI, Nov. 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Enhanced Capital announced today an investment in MCS Manufacturing through the Ohio Rural Business Growth Program that provided MCS with flexible capital for working capital and expansion initiatives. With this financing, MCS has the liquidity and financial flexibility needed to pursue growth objectives, including the hiring of additional staff members.

“MCS Manufacturing is expanding quickly to meet the growing need for manufacturing services,” said CEO and President Aaron Call, who founded MCS Manufacturing in 2008. “Enhanced Capital’s flexible financing has allowed MCS to increase production of quality, custom products for our clients.”

Located in Lyons, Ohio, MCS’s capabilities include assembly, machining and co-packaging services; the company builds robotic weld cells for customers and has a patent-protected custom machinery process for assembling components. Waterford Bank, N.A., helped facilitate this transaction and remains MCS’s primary lender and lead capital provider.

“Small businesses located in rural communities often lack access to growth capital,” said Andrew Eick, Director at Enhanced Capital. “Enhanced is proud to partner with MCS Manufacturing and accelerate their growth and economic impact within the community.”

Enhanced Capital’s Ohio Rural Business Growth Fund provides financing to small businesses in the rural counties of Ohio. The goals of the Ohio Rural Business Growth Program include attracting capital investment, retaining existing jobs, creating new jobs within existing businesses and attracting new business and industry to rural counties of Ohio. Rural, small businesses are generally defined as businesses in certain industries with fewer than 250 employees and located in counties with populations of less than 200,000 people. By providing financing through its Ohio Rural Business Growth Fund, Enhanced Capital will deploy flexible capital to the small businesses that are seeking expansion, job creation and investment in underserved rural communities throughout the state of Ohio.
