October 7, 2018

Another beautiful day in Havasu...

Orchids to Rick and Crew at AZ Sun Decking for an amazing job refinishing my damaged porch. I am so pleased. The neighborhood is very impressed. Hope this brings more jobs for you. Great guys, great job.

Orchids to Bob’s Electric Motors for the free motor for the post office’s ice machine.

Orchids to Ed and his crew at EZ Movers. You saved my life today, thank you so much for all of your help. I couldn’t have done it without you.

Orchids to the young lady at Little Caesars, your customer service is unsurpassed and kindness appreciated. Korean Vet

Orchids to Heather. I’m always happy to see my dental hygienist. You are always cheerful. Have a great day.

Orchids to Smith’s employees for making Smith’s the friendliest place to shop.

Onions to complainers about Olive Garden, Red Lobster, etc. not being here. You would probably go there once and complain about expense or service. We have plenty of great food establishments here. Try some of them and stop whining. (I don’t own or work for them.)

Orchids to the deli department at Albertsons for making up platters of food on short notice for our dear friend Patti Matt, for the celebration of life that was held for Mark Matt at the London Bridge Restore. Also to store manager Carl for personally delivering them. Jodi Frederick, Barbara Vetter

Onions to Havasu having no MD, DO, NP, PA general/family practitioners willing to make house calls on elderly patients too weak to go to doctor’s office. Not even offer of cash payment entices. Shameful.

Orchids to wild animal lovers. We need to be their voice in order to protect them. Closing our eyes and ears to the abuse is no longer acceptable. Contacting our city council to ban wild animal acts in our town.

Orchids to Spudsgarage.com, a Havasu-based company. Listed my car for sale and it sold the first day at a great price. Brian took care of everything and the buyer in Washington state is ecstatic. Brian

Orchids to Rebel BBQ for its many delicious tastes. Addictive.

Orchids to Dr. Ed for telling me not to worry about a chipped tooth. Could have reaped $$$.
