BOSTON (AP) — Boston police have made an arrest in the fatal shooting of a man in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant during an apparent road rage dispute.

Authorities announced Thursday that 29-year-old Deonarine Ganga is charged with murder in the April 13 death of Joey DeBarros.

Officials say the 21-year-old DeBarros was driving out of a McDonald's in the city's Dorchester neighborhood when he got into a dispute with the occupant of another vehicle. DeBarros was shot after he got out of his car and died at the hospital.

The suspect fled but was tracked with help of witness descriptions of his car. He was arrested Monday for allegedly threatening someone with a gun in an unrelated incident on April 7.

It could not immediately be determined if he has a lawyer.
