Waupun Police Beat 12-28 to 12-31, 2018
Criminal damage: Friday at 8:12 a.m., police responded to a broken glass door in the 400 block of East Main Street.
Domestic incident: Friday at 10:39 a.m., police responded to the 1100 block of Rock Avenue for an ex-girlfriend hitting her boyfriend. The female was taken to Fond du Lac Detention Facility. She was charged with disorderly conduct and battery domestic related.
Neighbor dispute: Friday at 10:55 a.m., police responded to a complaint that a neighbor was suspected of stealing packages.
Neighbor dispute: Friday at 12:16 p.m., police responded to neighbor accused of yelling profanities out a window.
Traffic stop: Friday at 6:19 p.m., an officer stopped a vehicle at West Main and Division streets. A 39-year-old man in the vehicle was arrested for a probation hold, possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia. The subject was taken to the Dodge County Detention Facility. Charges of possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia will be referred for a 34-year-old subject, who was also in the vehicle.
Emergency detention: Saturday at 6:08 p.m., police were dispatched to the 200 block of Hillyer Street in reference to a subject who drank some type of household cleaner. The person was later held at the Health Care Center in Fond du Lac.
Traffic accident: Saturday at 5:27 p.m., police responded to a reportable traffic accident in the 900 block of Kelly Avenue.
Vandalism: Sunday at 5:15 a.m., police responded to the 400 block of McKinley Street for a door that was kicked in, and a bird feeder and grill that were thrown off a deck.
Threats: Sunday at 2:26 p.m., police responded to 1100 block of Rock Avenue. A female texted a male that if he contacts her again, she will kill him.
Domestic incident: Monday at 12:41 a.m., police responded to the 600 block of East Main Street in reference to a verbal disagreement.
Vehicle fire: Monday at 11:14 a.m., police responded to a truck fire in the 1000 block of East Main Street.
Domestic: Monday at 2:43 p.m., police responded to the 100 block of South Forest Street in reference to a male punching a pregnant female. No domestic incident had occurred.
Fire alarm: Monday at 10:23 p.m., police responded to a fire alarm in the first block of East Jefferson Street.
