Unique Fabricating: 2Q Earnings Snapshot
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (AP) _ Unique Fabricating Inc. (UFAB) on Thursday reported second-quarter profit of $1.8 million.
The Auburn Hills, Michigan-based company said it had net income of 18 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 23 cents per share.
The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 21 cents per share.
The foam and rubber products maker posted revenue of $45.7 million in the period, which missed Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $47.3 million.
Unique Fabricating expects full-year earnings in the range of 82 cents to 86 cents per share, with revenue in the range of $181 million to $185 million.
Unique Fabricating shares have increased 10 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen almost 8 percent in the last 12 months.
