September 1, 2018

FLORENCE, S.C. — Eggs Up Grill, a breakfast and lunch restaurant chain, opened Monday, becoming the newest tenant in the North Beltline shopping center across from West Florence High School.

Eggs Up Grill, a South Carolina-based company with more than 22 locations in the state and several in both North Carolina and Georgia, opened its door with a grand-opening celebration.

Dean Patel, owner of the Florence location as well as the Eggs Up Grill in Sumter, said the new restaurant is a perfect location for success and will bring 30 new jobs to the market.

“Eggs Up Grill is the perfect addition to the Florence community,” Patel said in an announcement. “There is already a strong sense of community among the neighbors, and I believe that Eggs Up Grill will be a great new dining option for families, business professionals, friendly get-togethers and everyone in between. We look forward to being part of the growth of this area, starting with the 30 jobs we’ve added to the market.”

The restaurant, at 250 N. Beltline Drive, serves breakfast foods and lunch items, including eggs, sausage, bacon, breakfast sandwiches, eggs benedict, a variety of signature omelets, pancakes, waffles, French toast, burgers, a variety of sandwiches, salads and soups, wraps and many other items.

Ricky Richardson, CEO of Eggs Up Grill, said the restaurant hopes to provide both a friendly atmosphere and great food for its customers.

“Eggs Up Grill is excited for franchisee Dean Patel to open his second location,” Richardson said. “Our franchise partners are at the core of our expansion in neighborhoods across the Southeast. Our brand is built on a foundation of not just serving freshly prepared, great tasting food and drink, but also a friendly, values-driven service culture that really connects with our guests and the communities we serve.”

The restaurant will be open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, visit eggsupgrill.com.
