October 10, 2018

Michael Ryan Albaugh, 29, 7008 E. Oakridge St., Fountain, pleaded no contest in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday to charges of breaking and entering with intent and unlawful driving away of a vehicle.

If Judge Susan K. Sniegowski follows a plea and sentence agreement, Albaugh could face a year in jail.

According to the police report read by Sniegowski, the victim had returned home and noticed the garage door was open and the Honda Civic that was inside of the garage was now gone.

The car was recovered in a Toys R Us parking lot and impounded by the Walker Police Department.

Witnesses told police that they saw Albaugh driving the vehicle.
