SEATTLE (AP) — Seattle police detectives have determined that there are no suspects in the deaths of two women in a University District apartment building.

The department said in a written statement that officers went to the apartment at about 9:30 Tuesday morning after building managers found a seriously injured woman inside.

The police entered and found two women dead. At least one appeared to have been stabbed.

Seattle police said homicide investigators were on scene.

The King County Medical Examiner is working to confirm who the women were as well as how they died.
