OMAHA, Neb. — A new survey suggests the economy remains strong in nine Midwest and Plains states, but business leaders are concerned about the ongoing trade disputes. MINNEAPOLIS — A fire that consumes Twin Cities trash every year might soon be extinguished, sending mountains of extra waste into the metro area’s landfills.
