Nov. 12

9:31 a.m. — Police investigated a report of a Bluffs Middle School student becoming uncontrollable in class and violent toward staff. The case was referred to the county prosecutor.

Nov. 20

2:57 p.m. — In the 800 block of South Beltline Highway, officers investigated a report of a domestic assault that the victim reported had occurred at another location. Jason Leeling, 39, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault.

Nov. 21

12:35 p.m. — In the 2400 block of Broadway, officers investigated a report of drug paraphernalia being found on a juvenile being checked into the youth shelter. The juvenile female was cited on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

1:32 p.m. — At the intersection of East Overland Drive and 16th Avenue, officers investigated a motor vehicle accident involving injuries. Leanne Marie Conrady, 67, was cited on a charge of following too closely.

6:32 p.m. — At the intersection of East 27th Street and First Avenue, an officer conducted a traffic stop and reported smelling the odor of marijuana. Breanna Bohl, 18, was cited on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 23

9:03 p.m. — An officer stopped a driver for failing to dim headlights on a vehicle. The driver, Eugene Simmons, 47, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.

Nov. 25

11:53 a.m. — Officers responded to 2517 Second Ave. in reference to a possible burglary. After investigation it was determined that only property damaged had occurred. No arrests or citations were noted.

Nov. 27

12:28 a.m. — At the intersection of West 26th Street/Avenue C, an officer stopped a driver for a stop sign violation and made contact with the driver. Officers searched the vehicle, allegedly locating a scale with a suspected methamphetamine. Fabian Lerma, 33, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

3:12 p.m. — At the Scottsbluff Police Department, 1801 Ave. B, Peter L. Cortinas, 52, came to the police station to turn himself in on a warrant.

5:57 p.m. — An officer responded to the Hampton Inn, 301, W. Highway 26, in reference to a theft report. After an investigation, the stolen item was recovered. Arrests or citations were not noted in the report.

7:45 p.m. — An officer was dispatched to 1410 Ave L in reference to a verbal disturbance in progress. Upon arrival officers made contact with Daniel Gallegos, 29, who was arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace.

Nov. 28

11:23 a.m. — In the 1400 block of East 17th Street, an officer observed a male who he identified from previous contacts as Antonio Sauceda, 35. Sauceda was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

2:37 p.m. — An officer made contact with Cody Mason, 19, at a Scottsbluff business on Avenue I. Mason fled from the officer. He was apprehended and arrested on two Scotts Bluff County warrants and on charges of obstructing a police officer and resisting arrest.

3:37 p.m. — An officer was dispatched to the 1000 Block of West Overland Drive in regard to a vandalism of a recreational vehicle. No suspects were identified at the time of the report.

4:45 p.m. — At West 26th Street/Avenue I, an officer was dispatched in regards to a passed out male. Upon investigation, Brandon Grieb, 20, was arrested on three counts of possession of a controlled substance.
