Pakistan 118-1 in 2nd innings at tea in 1st test

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — Pakistan reached 118-1 at tea after Sri Lanka declared its second innings at 480-5 on the fifth and final day of the first test at Sheikh Zayed Stadium on Saturday.

Sri Lanka 204 (Angelo Mathews 91; Junaid Khan 5-58, Bilawal Bhatti 3-65) and 480-5 declared (Angelo Mathews 157 not out, Dinesh Chandimal 89, Kaushal Silva 81, Prasanna Jayawardene 63 not out, Kumar Sangakkara 55; Junaid Khan 3-93) leads Pakistan 383 (Younis Khan 136, Misbah-ul-Haq 135; Shaminda Eranga 3-80, Rangana Herath 3-93) and 118-1 (Mohammad Hafeez 56 not out, Ahmed Shehzad 53 not out, Suranga Lakmal 1-30).
