La Porte/City football parking shuttle bus

Michigan City High School athletics will again run a free shuttle bus to and from a remote parking site for home football games, including Friday’s game against La Porte. Due to reduced parking options in the general vicinity of Ames Field, the Wolves will run a shuttle bus to and from the nearby Marquette Mall and Ames Field. The shuttle will run on all home football game days from 6-7:30 p.m., and for 45-60 minutes directly at the end of all home games (approximately 9:30 p.m.). The pickup/dropoff location at Marquette Mall is the south parking lot outside of the former JC Penney. Marquette Mall is located at the intersection of Franklin Street and US Highway 20. The pickup/dropoff location at Ames Field is the southwest corner of Wabash and Arthur Streets. Both locations will be clearly marked. The shuttle is free.
