Burglary, breaking and entering among HPD incident reports

HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by police reports from the Huntington Police Department:

The Huntington Police Department listed 10 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Monday, according to the printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:

Warrant service/execution, 2:51 a.m. Monday, 1100 block of 20th Street.

First-degree arson and burning a house or outbuilding, 12:15 a.m. Monday, 200 block of Richmond Street.

Burglary, 3 p.m. Saturday, 1100 block of 9th Avenue.

Driving with no registration and defective equipment, 5:44 p.m. Sunday, 19th Street and 8th Avenue.

Auto tampering, 1:53 p.m. Sunday, 800 block of 9th Avenue.

Petit larceny, 11 p.m., Saturday, 1400 block of 4th Avenue.

Driving under the influence less than 0.150, 10:13 a.m. Sunday, 11th Street and 3rd Avenue.

Breaking and entering auto, 10:45 p.m. Saturday, 400 block of 13th Avenue.

Breaking and entering, 9 p.m. Friday, 300 block of 9th Avenue.

Vehicle security suspended/revoked license, 2:49 a.m. Sunday, 12th Street and 11th Avenue.

The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:

Jonathan Gregory Damron, 26, was jailed at 2:50 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with strangulation, domestic battery and domestic assault. Bond was set at $60,000 surety or cash.

Kertez Lamond Mckinney, 23, was jailed at 1 p.m. Monday on an active warrant out of Cabell County. Bond was not set.

Kenneth Jay Riner, 44, was jailed at 1:50 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with possession with intent to deliver. Bond was set at $150,000 surety or cash.

Charles Michael Lester, 41, was jailed 2:40 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with transferring and receiving stolen property and being a fugitive from justice. Bond was set at $3,500 surety or cash.

Nathaniel Charles Walsh, 36, was jailed at 8:55 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was not set.

Carmen Anna Valentine, 45, was jailed at 10 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with conspiracy. Bond was at $5,000 surety or cash.

Charles Albert Brown III, 41, was jailed at 10 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was set at $100,000 surety or cash.
