Douglas County sheriff

12:02 a.m. — Woman said there’s something new on her motorhome’s roof that looks like a hat near the intersection of Ingram Drive and Speedway Road, Roseburg.

1:23 a.m. — Wrong-way driver reported on Interstate 5 northbound near milepost 150, Oakland.

1:24 a.m. — Caller can see flashlights coming from inside a house in the 200 block of Douglas Street, Yoncalla.

3:48 a.m. — Someone is throwing rocks at the caller’s house in the 100 block of Mountain View Avenue, Myrtle Creek.

3:04 p.m. — Sex crimes reported in Roseburg.

3:11 p.m. — Fifteen-year-old grandson is breaking things in the house and threatening the caller because the caller won’t let him use the family’s food stamps in the 3800 block of Tillicum Lane, Roseburg.

4:52 p.m. — Two men are physically fighting in the 100 block of Hurd Street, Glide.

5:28 p.m. — Unattended death reported in the 400 block of Mill Street, Canyonville.

ACCIDENTS

4:11 p.m. — Man crashed his car and started yelling at the caller when he got out of the car in the 8100 block of Nonpareil Road, Sutherlin.

FIRES

6:26 a.m. — Structure fire reported in the 1800 block of Reuben Road, Glendale.

ARRESTS

Douglas County sheriff

Desiree Leigh Degenar, 28, of Coos Bay, on suspicion of attempting to commit a Class B felony.

Ronald Leslie Strohm, 38, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of driving while suspended or revoked, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

Roseburg police

Charles Bryan Dyer, 40, of Roseburg, on suspicion of depositing trash within 100 yards of water, failure to appear on a criminal citation and second-degree failure to appear.

Jeffrey Michael Richter, 35, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession.

Sutherlin police

Shannon Marie McKeehan, 37, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of first-degree criminal mischief, two counts of failure to perform the duties of a driver and violation of a release agreement.
