Police: Swastika made of blocks found on high school track
MILLBURY, Mass. (AP) — Police are investigating after a swastika made out of cinder blocks was found on the track at a Massachusetts high school.
The Telegram & Gazette (http://bit.ly/1IaBdfj ) reports that a woman called police at around 5:30 a.m. Monday and said she had discovered roughly 16 blocks laid out in the shape of a swastika on the track at Millbury Memorial Junior-Senior High School.
Police says authorities notified the school and an officer met with the head custodian.
Police say surveillance footage showed three or four teenage boys walking onto school property and placing blocks on the track. Authorities are still trying to identify them.
Police say the teens could face a misdemeanor or felony charge of willful destruction of property, among other charges, depending on the nature of the crime.
