Road work shuts down lanes on I-84, Route 15, I-95

Several lanes on Interstate-84, Route 15 and Interstate-95 are closed Sunday morning due to road work.

In Danbury, the left lane is closed for the 3.9 miles between exits 5 and 2 on I-84 Westbound. The lane will reopen at 10:30 a.m., according to the state Department of Transportation.

On Route 15 Southbound, the right lane is closed for 3.3 miles between exits 33 and 31 in Stamford until noon. The right lane is also closed in Norwalk for 2.6 miles between exits 38 and 36 until 1 p.m.

In North Haven, the right lane is closed on Route 15 Northbound between exits 63 and 66 for 7.9 miles until 3 p.m.

Lanes are also closed on I-95 Southbound. In Darien, the right lane is closed for 2.4 miles between exits 10 and 8. The right lane is also shut down in Branford for 2.7 miles between exits 54 and 52. In Greenwich, the right lane is closed between exit 2 and the New York state line. These lanes are scheduled to reopen at noon.
