Mississippi House roll call vote to pass a lottery bill

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — The Mississippi House voted Tuesday to pass a bill to create a state lottery, with 58 members voting yes and 54 voting no. A yes vote was to pass the bill, while a no vote was to defeat the bill.
