Retail theft — Police responded to a report of theft as Rechek’s, 609 N. Spring St., at 7:31 a.m. on Tuesday.

Hit-and-run — Police responded to a report that a woman’s vehicle was hit earlier in the day while parked in the 600 block of Gould Street at 12:44 p.m. on Tuesday.

Threat — A man reported receiving threatening text messages from another man at 3:56 p.m. on Tuesday.

Retail theft — Police responded to a report of retail theft at Shopko, 822 Park Avenue, at 4:47 p.m. on Tuesday. A woman was cited for the theft and released.

Noise complaint — Police received an anonymous report of loud music coming from Johnny’s Bar, 519 Madison St., at 7:36 p.m. on Saturday. The back door was open, which allowed music to carry out. The door was shut, which lowered the volume, and the bass was turned down as well.
