July 23

Brenton N. Gallegos, 22, was fined $300 and sentenced to one year license revocation on a charge of driving under suspension.

July 24

Ronda K. Prouty, 50, was fined $450 on a charge of possession of marijuana.

July 25

Jacob Tyree, 32, was sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $940 on a charge of third-degree domestic assault.

James C. Wyatt, 27, was sentenced to 9 months probation, 60 days license revocation and fined $975 on a charge of driving under the influence.

Charges of failure to appear and violating a protection order against Robert Moore, 51, were dismissed.

Brandon R. Parker, 27, was sentenced to 13 days in jail and fined $50 on a charge of second-degree trespassing.

Jese A. Smith, 25, was fined $149 on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael L. Hrasky, 39, was sentenced to 30 days jail, six months license revocation and fined $390 on charges of driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.

Jorge Montelongo Garcia, 23, was sentenced to 60 days license revocation and fined $1,425 on charges of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

Leonardo Perales, 35, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Brittany L. Decrocker, 28, was sentenced to 12 months probation, 60 day license revocation and fined $940 on a charge of driving under the influence on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs.

July 29

Police investigated a report of theft in the 800 block of Railway Street.

In the 4000 block of Avenue B, police investigated a verbal domestic assault. No arrests or citations were noted in the report.

July 30

Elaine Brening, 35, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

Police investigated a burglary from the WNCC construction site, reported by Sampson Construction.

Marc Sanchez, 46, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Police investigated a burglary in the 800 block of Canal Street.

Steven Kaufman, 74, was cited on a charge of third-degree assault in the 1700 block of Fifth Avenue.

Police investigated a vandalism at Pioneer Park.

Kaleb Hansen, 22, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a Wyoming warrant in the 300 block of East 20th Street.

Charles Hobdell, 24, of Westminster, Colorado, was cited on a charge of driving around a barricade.

On Marcus Drive, Denci Jironlara, 24, was cited on a charge of no valid registration.

Steven Littlewolf, 27, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a charge of burglary and possession of a controlled substance in connection with a burglary at Van Pelt Fencing.

In the 1600 block of Seventh Avenue, police investigated a theft from a vehicle.

July 31

Samuel Bunton, 41, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a charge of violating a protection order.

In the 300 block of East 20th Street, police investigated the theft of a grill.

Police investigated a report of theft.

Police investigated a theft from a vehicle in the 2200 block of Avenue B.
