Man shot in Kingman; Police seek Hispanic man

The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a Hispanic man after authorities said he shot another man Monday night in Kingman.

According to the County Sheriff’s Office, the shooting occurred at about 8 p.m. in a parked vehicle in the 4800 block of Jagerson Lane.

The suspect is described as a 30- to 40-year-old Hispanic male with short hair and gray facial hair.

The victim was a 27-year-old white male, who suffered two gunshot wounds during a fight inside a vehicle. He was hospitalized.

The victim was able to exit the vehicle to get to a nearby residence for help.

The Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant early Tuesday morning in regards to this investigation in the 3100 block of Potter Avenue. The vehicle involved in the shooting was recovered from the residence.
