NEW YORK, May 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired InnerWorkings, Inc. (NASDAQ:INWK) securities between August 11, 2015 and May 7, 2018 (the “Class Period”). Investors have until July 9, 2018 to apply to the Court to be appointed as lead plaintiff in the lawsuit.
On May 7, 2018, after the market closed, INWK announced that it was postponing the release of its first quarter 2018 financial results and conference call due to errors in its historical financial statements identified during the course of its first quarter financial reporting close process.
