Norfolk Catholic football 3-1 on season; looks forward to meeting with Crofton

The Lincoln Journal Star top ranked and Omaha World Herald second ranked in Class ‘C-2’ Norfolk Catholic football team is 3-1 on the year after routing Bancroft/Rosalie/Lyons/Decatur on the road last Friday night 49-14.

The Knights got 197 rushing yards off 25 carries and three touchdowns by Dylan Kautz as they outscored BRLD 28-0 in the second half. Norfolk Catholic, who has beaten David City Aquinas, St. Paul, & BRLD while falling to Pierce is outscoring their opponents on average through four games 39.5-22.3. They return to action on Friday night when they host 0-4 Crofton at 7:00.
