Another day, another award for Pittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner.

In three games during the month - all victories by the Steelers - Conner led the AFC with six rushing touchdowns, an average of 175.3 yards from scrimmage, an average of 122.3 rushing yards per game and 13 runs of 10-plus yards.
In October, Conner carried 64 times for 367 yards (a 5.7 average). He also caught 13 passes for 159 yards (1 12.2 average).
Conner also became the first player in franchise history with three consecutive games of at least 100-plus rushing yards and two touchdowns.
“With winning, it’s fun,” Conner said Wednesday. “I enjoy coming to practice, I enjoy being in the locker room around the guys. When we’re winning, there’s good vibes. The personal success I’m not really playing attention to.”
