Ozzie Guillen rips Eaton

The drama between Adam Eaton and Todd Frazier took another turn Tuesday when former Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen weighed in and ripped the Nationals outfielder.

Appearing on NBC Sports Chicago, Guillen said about Eaton: “Nobody liked you in the clubhouse, OK? That’s what I know. I’m just being honest.”

Guillen was not the manager of the White Sox when Eaton and Frazier played there, but serves as a pre-and-post game analyst for the club.

In the Nationals’ 5-3 loss Monday against the New York Mets, Eaton had to be separated from Frazier after the two exchanged words. Following the game, Eaton blasted Frazier to reporters, calling him childish.

The next day, Frazier responded in full telling reporters that Eaton was immature. If you know Adam like every team hes been on, you hear what people say, you understand,” he said.

After Frazier’s response, Eaton weighed in on the topic again.

“He’s like an old girlfriend,” Eaton said.

Eaton and Frazier were teammates for one season on the Chicago White Sox in 2016 when their beef originated. Neither player expanded on what caused them to dislike each other.
