4 students suffer minor injuries in bus crash near Kulm
KULM, N.D. (AP) — Four students suffered minor injuries when a school bus crashed in southeastern North Dakota.
The Highway Patrol says the wheels of the bus lost traction on slushy state Highway 13 on a curve near Kulm on Thursday evening. The driver lost control and the bus went in the ditch, rolling onto its roof.
Sgt. Matthew Denault tells KQDJ radio that there were seven children on the bus, ranging in age from 10 to 13. Four were taken to a Jamestown hospital for treatment. The others went home with family members. The bus driver wasn’t injured.
The crash is still under investigation.
