Travel on I-91 north in Middletown, just before Exit 21 is down to one lane after a tractor trailer rollover.

There were no injuries in the crash, dispatchers from state police Troop H, said. Traffic is moving slowly through the area. There is no estimate on when the tractor trailer will be removed.

Traffic is also down to one lane on Route 2 in Glastonbury near the exit 10 on and off ramp, Troop H dispatchers said. A tractor trailer carrying 40,000 pounds of copper rolled over and lost its roof, a dispatcher said.

That crash will likely take a while to clean up, the dispatcher said. Otherwise traffic throughout the Hartford region is moving at a normal pace. “Just slow down,” a dispatcher from Troop H said.

Troop F in Westbrook is seeing minor accidents but no major problems, dispatchers said.

In Vernon, there is a jackknifed tractor-trailer accident on I-84 Eastbound between Exits 64 and 66. The 2 right lanes are closed. Reported at 2:24 am.
