Aug. 1

Billy R. Orear, 38, was sentenced to three days jail and fined $433 on charges of possession of K2/marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.

Nona Morales, 43, was sentenced to seven days jail and fined $50 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Brittany Serres, 28, was sentenced to 60 days, 12 months and fined $1,015 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Aug. 3

Austin Caroltone, 19, was fined $200 on a charge of destruction of property.

Kamber J. Kutkowski, 21, was fined $449 on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard McGowan, 20, was fined $149 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Angel Sanchez, 57, was fined $150 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Aug. 22

Ismael Garcia, 54, was sentenced to 60 days license revocation, 18 months driver’s license revocation, and fined $675 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Freddie A. Hernandez, 39, was sentenced to six months probation and fined $360 on a charge of assault-threatening in a menacing manner.

A charge of driving under suspension against Justin R. Brown, 26, was dismissed.

Austin J. Shelly, 22, was sentenced to 21 days jail on a charge of attempted false reporting and possession of an open alcohol container.

Garret J. Goodwin, 20, was sentenced to four days jail and fined $452 on a charge of possession of marijuana

Anthony J. Vozza Jr., 23, was fined $750 on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christian A. Enriquez, 22, was fined $349 on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Austin N. Weller, 22, was sentenced to 10 days jail and fined $850 on a charge of third-degree domestic assault.

Aug. 23

Jeremy J. Franks, 30, was sentenced to 180 days in jail and fined $54 on a charge of third-degree domestic assault.

Juan M. Carrera Jr., 35, was sentenced to 365 days in jail and fined $60 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Addie M. Loveridge, 28, was fined $110 on a charge of criminal mischief and disturbing the peace.

Brad Sibal, 21, was sentenced to six months probation, 60 days license revocation and fined $760 on a charge of driving under the influence.

Thomas J. Mendoza, 33, was sentenced to seven days jail and fined $52 on a charge of criminal mischief.

Jordan Marquez, 27, was fined $350 on two counts of committing child abuse by neglect.

Jeffrey Neterval, 27, was fined $350 on two counts of committing child abuse by neglect.
