Police: Foody Goody Bad Guy Identified
LOWELL -- Police say they have identified the man who allegedly carried out an armed robbery at the Foody Goody Chinese restaurant in the Centralville neighborhood on Nov. 23.
The suspect is believed to be 57-year-old David Aguilar, of Lowell, according to a press release issued by the Lowell Police Department on Tuesday.
Aguilar allegedly brandished a knife and demanded cash from a restaurant employee before fleeing the scene on foot. No injuries were reported, according to police.
The release states responding officers identified a possible suspect during the initial investigation. The Criminal Investigation Division was then able to obtain a positive identification of Aguilar, according to the release.
Aguilar is wanted for armed robbery. A warrant has been issued for the 57-year-old.
