Phoenix police are looking for a man who they say allegedly shot and critically wounded three other men and kidnapped his girlfriend from one of two shooting locations.

Sgt. Tommy Thompson identified the suspect as 24-year-old Eddison Jesus Noyola and said Noyola has said he intends to harm himself and his kidnapped girlfriend, 30-year-old Andrew Lou Dixon.

Thompson says the incident began Tuesday night when Noyola allegedly stole a gun and car from relatives at an apartment in Glendale.

Those family members weren’t hurt but Thompson says two men were shot at a location several miles away in Phoenix and then a third was shot about 20 minutes later at another location in Phoenix, where Dixon was kidnapped.

Police said the stolen car is a 2018 White Chevrolet Malibu with Wisconsin license plate AAC8410.
